A restaurant called Steak Otsuka in Arashiyama, Kyoto.
It is near the station, but has a slightly calm and quiet atmosphere.
I have only seen the meat here in pictures, but it looks so delicious that I am determined to try it next time I am in Kyoto.
The restaurant is open only during lunch hours. English menus are also available, making it a tourist-friendly place.
Someday, I’d love to go to Kyoto myself and post some pictures I took myself.
